The PTC Group participated in the “Bridges to Success” Career Fair organized by National University (NU) and SM Offices on March 21, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila. PTC was invited to the event due to the strong partnership between its Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) and National University across various campuses nationwide. This collaboration underscores The PTC Group’s ongoing commitment to bridging industry needs with academic talent and nurturing the next generation of professionals.

The one-day career fair brought together over 3,000 graduating students and alumni from multiple NU campuses. Designed as a high-impact platform, it aimed to strengthen industry–academe collaboration by directly connecting employers with NU’s talented pool of soon-to-be graduates and alumni.

Representatives from PTC’s Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) and the HR Shipping Cluster actively engaged with attendees throughout the day. The event served as a strategic opportunity for The PTC Group to enhance recruitment efforts, boost employer branding, and build a robust talent pipeline in key sectors, particularly in maritime and related industries.

As part of the career fair program, Adrian Godwin Perez, PTC’s Associate Director and HR Shipping Cluster Business Partner, joined the panel discussion. He shared valuable perspectives drawn from years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the maritime and shipping sectors. His participation highlighted PTC’s people-centric approach and provided students with actionable advice on standing out in a competitive job market.
