In celebration of Women’s Month, the PTC Family and Crew Relations (FCR) team hosted a special seminar titled “Women of Courage: Leading On Shore and Beyond” on March 21 at First Maritime Place. The event was designed to honor the strength, resilience, and unwavering support of women in every aspect of life—whether at sea, on shore, at home, or in leadership roles.

Wives and family members of PTC GMPs participated in the seminar, which was facilitated by Malou Pangilinan, a certified Life and Relationship Coach. The talk focused on Empowering Women Through Communication Skills, covering key topics such as finding your voice, leading with clarity, communicating with confidence, and inspiring change through meaningful conversations.

The session provided a platform for women to reflect, learn, and connect—acknowledging their critical role as pillars of strength behind every seafarer. Through interactive discussions and practical guidance, attendees were encouraged to harness their own courage, embrace leadership, and amplify their impact both at home and in the wider maritime community.
