Representatives of the Sjöbefälsföreningen (Swedish Maritime Officers’ Association) paid a courtesy visit to Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC), strengthening ties and continuing dialogue between the two organizations.

The visiting delegation was led by Mr. Peter Hellberg, VD/CEO, and Mr. Christer Themmer, Senior Advisor, who shared updates and insights from the Swedish maritime union.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by PTC executives Ms. Vivian Cristobal and Engr. Peter Lugue, together with the PTC Crewing Department’s Mr. Joven Masangcay and Ms. Marivic Santos. The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful exchange on maritime labor developments and reaffirmed the shared commitment of both organizations to collaboration, professional standards, and the welfare of Filipino maritime officers working onboard Swedish-flagged ships.
