PHILCAMSAT successfully passed the 2nd Surveillance Assessment conducted by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) on September 22-23, 2026, maintaining certification for all eleven (11) approved courses: Basic and Advanced Welding (SMAW and Gas), Trade Test for SMAW and Gas Welding, Forklift Driving and Maintenance, Mobile Elevating Work Platform, Crane Operator Safety, SMAW and GTAW, and the recently added Shipboard Welding and Lathe Machine Operator Course.
