PTC OFW Family Welfare (OFW) Program is a first-of-its-kind OFW welfare support program from the maritime sector offering a localized, proactive, and targeted approach in empowering migrant worker families to be piloted in three local government units with significant migrant worker presence.
Building on a public-private partnership, the program offers a responsive and unique perspective in providing a platform for migrant workers (active/inactive, land-based / sea-based) to appreciate and recognize their significant contribution in the community and the country.
